What we collect

When you submit a quote inquiry or contact us, we collect only what the form asks for — name, email, phone, company, product interest, target volume and destination. We use it solely to answer your inquiry and prepare quotations. We never sell buyer data.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand which pages and products buyers view. Analytics is loaded only after you give consent via the cookie banner; until you accept, all analytics categories default to denied (Google Consent Mode v2) and no measurement cookies are stored.

We do not send personal identifiers to Google Analytics. Analytics events cover page views, product views, outbound link clicks, file downloads and form-completion events with non-identifying parameters (product, country, volume band). Data is processed by Google on our behalf under the Google Analytics Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We set no marketing or advertising cookies. The only cookies and local-storage entries in use are:

Google Analytics cookies (upon consent only): _ga, _ga_* — distinguish visitors anonymously and expire after 13 months.
Consent preference: a local-storage entry (kelora:consent:v2) that remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so the banner does not reappear on every page. This is not a tracking cookie and stays on your device only.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies and local storage in your browser — the banner will reappear on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block cookies entirely, which simply keeps analytics off.

Sharing & retention

Inquiry data is shared only with service providers needed to run the business (email, hosting) and with logistics partners when you request a shipment. Analytics data is retained in aggregate for 14 months. We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to serve you and meet Indian record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the inquiry data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
