Gate 02
Procurement & Grading
Copra graded by moisture, colour and oil content; fresh nuts by maturity. Collection records with date + cluster for every lot.
Gate 03
Inward Inspection
Moisture, mould, colour, aroma and oil content. Fail = reject or downgrade. Samples drawn per buyer AQL.
Gate 04
Processing (SOP)
Expeller pressing for crude, cold-pressing of fresh kernel for virgin, then filtration and settling to written SOPs; line hygiene checked each shift in FSSAI-licensed units.
Gate 05
NABL Lab & Compliance
Batch COA: free fatty acid, moisture & impurities, peroxide value, iodine and saponification values, plus clarity and aroma for virgin oil — per buyer sheet.
Gate 06
Packaging & Labelling
Food-grade PET/glass, HDPE drums and flexitank, sealed and batch-coded; buyer labelling, barcodes and destination nutrition panels verified.
Gate 07
Export Documentation
Invoice + HS-coded packing list, certificate of origin, Coconut Board EPC reference, FSSAI NOC/health cert where required — matched to the container.
Gate 08
Stuffing & Shipment
Supervised stuffing (drums, retail cartons or flexitank fill), seal recording, photo log; BL and full document set within the agreed window. FOB/CFR/CIF ex Cochin, Nhava Sheva, Mundra.
Traceability
Every export lot links back to its grower cluster and harvest week. If your QA team asks “which farm, which day” — we answer with records, not stories.
Laboratory testing — real limits
Every batch COA comes from NABL-accredited labs. Limits below are the ones EU/GCC buyers actually enforce:
- Free fatty acid (FFA). Per batch against the buyer sheet; low-FFA selected lots on request
- Moisture & impurities. Per batch, backed by filtration and settling reports
- Peroxide value. Rancidity check per batch — key for virgin oil retail shelf life
- Iodine & saponification. Identity values confirming pure coconut oil, no blending
- Clarity & aroma (virgin). Water-clear colour and fresh-coconut aroma; retain samples per lot
Registrations & documents
Eight registration routes — copies with authority, number and validity shared during quotation. Nothing published we cannot produce.
IEC — Importer Exporter Code
10-digit PAN-based code, mandatory for all exports.
