Inquiries & quotations
Submitting an inquiry through this site is a request for information, not an offer or binding contract. A sale is formed only when a proforma invoice is issued and confirmed in writing. Every quotation states grades, packaging, volumes, lead time, payment terms and the contracted Incoterm explicitly — freight, insurance and port charges are broken out, with no hidden extras.
Quality, acceptance & claims
Specifications (FFA, moisture, peroxide value, impurities) are agreed per proforma invoice and evidenced by NABL lot COAs. Claims for quality or shortage must be raised within an agreed window of arrival with supporting survey findings; the contracted Incoterm governs risk transfer. Quotations, payment, quality acceptance, claims and force majeure are agreed per proforma invoice and governed by the contracted Incoterm.
Website use
Content on this site (specs, imagery, market context) is provided in good faith for buyer reference; national export figures cited are Indian industry context (DGFT / Coconut Development Board), not company claims. Product availability and terms are confirmed only in writing. Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including how analytics cookies are handled behind the consent banner.
Governing terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, trade is governed by Indian law and the Incoterms version stated on the proforma invoice. Full commercial terms (jurisdiction, arbitration, penalty clauses) will be issued by counsel and supersede this summary before production trading begins.
